Founded in Malaysia, All Good Food started with a vision to revolutionize the way medical nutrition is delivered. Today, we are proud to be a global player, trusted by healthcare providers and patients for our reliable, science-driven products.
The idea of All Good Food (AGF) was started by 3 individuals from pharmaceutical, engineering, and business management background with over 25 years experience in medical nutrition manufacturing.
Due to COVID19, the plans were mainly in discussion phase and did not progress much. In 2022, the building layout was sketched by our co-founder.
Construction of the factory building started in December.
The main building completed in December 2024, exactly 1 year after construction started. Along the way, our team has grown and includes nutritionists, Halal executives, QA analyst, and production specialist.

With over 20 years of experience in various management positions in the food and beverage industry, Mr. Yang is the driving force behind AGF's strategic growth. His expertise spans nutritional supplement manufacturing, OEM business expansion, and international market development. With a strong background in business operations, he is known for his bold decision-making, leadership, and vision for scaling AGF's market presence.
A highly accomplished factory director with over 16 years of experience, Chengen specializes in manufacturing operations, process optimization, and team leadership. His expertise in streamlining production efficiency, maintaining regulatory compliance, and implementing cost-saving measures makes him a vital pillar of AGF's operational excellence.
With a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach, Jian Hwa leads AGF's operational functions, ensuring seamless execution across documentation, procurement, quality assurance, and facility management. His expertise in optimizing workflows and maintaining compliance with industry standards helps AGF uphold its commitment to quality and efficiency.
With extensive experience in product research, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, Jenny leads AGF's R&D and QC teams. Her expertise in formulating nutritional products, food safety management, and laboratory testing ensures that every AGF product meets the highest industry standards.
